The Chartered Agency Builder (CAB) is a professional designation developed by the Asian Institute of Insurance (Aii), in collaboration with the Life Insurance Association of Malaysia (LIAM) and the Malaysian Takaful Association (MTA). It is designed to support Agency Managers in establishing well-structured, disciplined, and sustainable operations.
