Aii shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

9. Settlement of Disputes & Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be settled amicably through mutual consultation, mediation, and/or negotiations without reference to any third party or national or international tribunal except where agreed. This Terms of Service and any related matters shall be governed by Malaysian law.
